Kenya
This is the land where the concept of safari – and A&K – began. Rwanda

No less inspiring are the exceptionally beautiful Nyungwe Forest and the emerald-green Lake Kivu, encircled by mountains.
Uganda
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is home to more than half the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. It is home, too, to Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp, the top spot in Uganda for gorilla-trekking. Also not to be missed are the nearby Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kibale Forest – and further north, Murchison Falls, where the Nile plunges spectacularly towards Lake Albert.
Zambia
Victoria Falls – Mosi-Oa-Tunya – The Smoke That Thunders. The largest curtain of falling water on the face of the earth.
